Volcano Tours Banyuwangi
The Ijen volcano complex is a group of composite volcanoes located on the border between Banyuwangi Regency and Bondowoso Regency of East Java, Indonesia. It is known for its blue fire, acidic crater lake, and labor-intensive sulfur mining.
It is inside an eponymous larger caldera Ijen, which is about 20 kilometers (12 mi) wide. The Gunung Merapi stratovolcano is the highest point of that complex. The name "Gunung Merapi" means 'mountain of fire' in the Indonesian language; Mount Merapi in central Java and Marapi in Sumatra have the same etymology.

If you arrive via Surabaya International Airport, you can use the train to station Argopuro Banyuwangi City, which is about 6 - 7 hours. Then move to Ijen Crater by bus approximately 1, 5 - 2 hours
If you arrive via Surabaya International Airport, you can use the bus to terminal Brawijaya Argopuro Banyuwangi City, which is about 5 - 6 hours. Then move to Ijen Crater by bus approximately 1, 5 - 2 hours
You can order public transportation via the application on your cellphone such as Grab, Gojek, Maxim, etc. In general, they will accept your order, to go to the Ijen crater
In our suggestion, would be better if you could rent a vehicle that has 4, 9, 14, 20, 40 seaters. An experienced driver will make your trip to Ijen Crater comfortable.
